1. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 12 to 20 business days.

2. International Shipping
We proudly ship to customers worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. Packages refused due to unpaid customs fees will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

4. Shipping Restrictions
For security and safety reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific regions due to local regulations.

5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking indicates “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier facility. If the package is still missing, contact our customer support team at progress@dereow.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you promptly.

6. Returns & Exchanges
